GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, sales and deliveries of products and/or services by Secutec.

EULA
This EULA applies to the use of Secutec Solutions, including but not limited to SecureDNS, SecureSIGHT and other software solutions provided by Secutec and the related managed services. This EULA governs both the use of the software components and the terms and conditions for the provision of the associated services.

DPA
This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms an integral part of the Agreement between the Parties and governs the Processing of Personal Data by Secutec on behalf of the Customer.

SecureSIGHT Platform Terms of Use
These Platform Terms of Use govern access to and use of SecureSIGHT platform, the web application and the mobile application.
The Terms set out the conditions applicable to platform access, acceptable use, third-party services, threat intelligence functionalities and customer responsibilities, and form part of Secutec’s contractual framework.

SecureSIGHT Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how personal data is processed in connection with the use of SecureSIGHT platform, the web application and the mobile application.
It provides information on the categories of personal data processed, the purposes of processing, applicable retention periods and the rights of data subjects in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
